Why Happy Citta exists
I've experienced first-hand how powerful approaches such as therapy, yoga and breathwork can be in helping us understand ourselves, our minds and our bodies. But I've also seen the gap that can sometimes remain between understanding why we think, feel or behave the way we do, and knowing what to do with that understanding.
I've spent a large part of my career in project and change environments, where I've seen the difference that thoughtful planning and a genuinely human approach to change can make, not just to whether something gets delivered, but to the everyday experience of the people living and working through it.
Happy Citta grew from bringing those two worlds together.
What if we could take the insight that helps us understand what's happening, and combine it with practical ways to decide what needs to change, design something that works in real life, and make that change last?
That's the idea at the heart of Happy Citta.

A lot of projects in corporate organisations are very simple at their core, but habits and personalities can make it seem more complicated than it needs to be.
A lot of personal changes are exactly the same.
